1. Shipping (FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE)
We offer free shipping for any order, regardless of its value! The transport takes between 2 and 6 working days.
The products ordered by you are sent within a maximum of 24 working hours (Monday - Friday) and reach you by express courier at your exact location.
Orders placed until 16:00 (UTC/GMT +2) are sent on the same day. After 16:00 they will be sent the next day from our headquarters. We have contracts with several courier companies, and your packages are sent through them depending on the delivery location.
Orders placed during the weekend will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for estimated times.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your purchase. No hassles, no delays - easy returns.
Manage your return all in one place by completing an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org where you need to send us: Order ID and if you want an exchange, refund or store credit.
If your item is damaged on arrival, please kindly send us a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com and we will replace.
The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer ! Please do not ship anything back to us until you've completed the return form or received instructions on returning your items.
Please let us know in detail (name and color/size if applicable) what it is you'd like to exchange for. To exchange for a higher priced item, please continue to fill out the form and we will send you an invoice for the price difference and a special code in our online store. Items in an order can only be exchanged once.
